Certificate of Natural Person Public Employee for Public Administrations

Thanks to this type of certificate, public employees are telematically identified as workers in the service of the Public Administration, complying with all the requirements of the law administered by the state sector.

Who can request it?

Public employees such as civil servants, labor personnel, statutory and authorized personnel.

Validity period and legal compliance

1 to 3 years.

  • Identity document, NIE (*), or Passport.
  • Document that certifies the identification of the personnel in the Public Administrations:
    • Publication in the BOE or deed of incorporation.
    • Deed or certificate of appointment of the attorney-in-fact or legal representative.
    • Official certification issued by certifying positions that accredits the powers of the representative signing the authorization and the validity of his/her position (issued 15 days before the date of presentation).
    • In the event that the Applicant does not have a position or power of attorney, it will be necessary to provide an authorization signed by a representative of the entity.

Public Employee with Pseudonym Natural Person Certificate

This certificate is an electronic declaration that associates the validation data of a signature with a natural person and validates the name or pseudonym of this person.

Who can request it?

Public employees authorized by the Public Administrations.
