Inside Sales Specialist

The Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) is responsible for driving SaaS and Services sales growth across a specific segmentation of the Víntegris’ Customers’ ecosystem. Working in close collaboration with the Technical Account Managers and the Partners’ Development Managers, he/she will help Small & Medium customers to adopt Víntegris SaaS Portfolio as the preferred technology for digital certificate management, legally binding digital signatures and robust authentication.

Responsibilities & Supporting Actions

  • As part of the Víntegris’ SaaS Sales Team, develops, builds and maintains relationships with SMB’s (Small & Medium Businesses) decision makers and influencers such as enterprise architects, pre-sales, procurement and technical specialists.
  • The Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) is responsible for being the primary point of contact for SMB customers to identify and address growth opportunities for new and different Víntegris’ SaaS and services, based upon data-driven insights or demand generation campaigns. Through prospecting and cultivation, the ISS advises customers of appropriate growth opportunities applicable to their business needs and proactively engages in business and sales opportunities to establish strong customer/vendor relationships and achieve identified sales related objectives.
  • Identifies and communicates complementary add-on and cross-selling opportunities to SMB customers by leveraging moderate knowledge and understanding of Víntegris’ diverse portfolio of SaaS and services.
  • Measures of success for this role are opportunities and leads delivered (for Inside Sales or Field Sales development) as well as revenue and margin goals achieved.
  • Drive attainment of quarterly and annual assigned Víntegris’ SaaS and Services revenue and margin targets in a defined territory, keeping complete ownership of the Sales Cycle, from detecting a lead to cash flow collection.
  • Cultivate and foster a superior class partner team across the internal aligned businesses, including Field Account Managers, Technical Account Managers, Partner Business Development Managers, Professional Services Department, Business Operations, Marketing and Support.
  • Presents and markets the Víntegris’ SaaS and Services offering.
  • Drive & support specific Víntegris’ SaaS and Services demand generation campaigns and events.
  • Actively participate in regular pipeline & business reviews at the country level.
  • In close collaboration with the Partners’ Development Team, work with key partners to align Víntegris’ SaaS execution strategy with their go to market model.
  • As a core component of the Víntegris’ SaaS and Services Sales Team, actively participate in qualifying opportunities regarding customers’ business requirements, competition, decision-making process and funding.
  • Actively participate in regular pipeline & business reviews at the country and region levels.

Skills & Experience

  • Master’s in engineering or IT degree in related field preferred. Other degrees considered depending on relevant experience and proven results.
  • Digital Signature, Digital Certificates, Digital Identity and Cybersecurity understanding & proven experience (at least 1 year).
  • Demonstrated experience developing IT Partners ecosystem in Spain (at least 1 year).
  • Demonstrated experience in SaaS related selling scenarios (at least 1 year).
  • Moderate knowledge of competitive products and IT SaaS industry (moderate understanding of Digital Signature, Digital Certificates, Digital Identity and Robust Authentication SaaS solutions technologies).
  • Experience of selling technology solutions (at least 2 years).
  • Excellent oral and written communications.
  • Relationship Building Experience, easygoing person.
  • Comfortable navigating through ambiguity.
  • Structured thinking and methodological attitude.
  • Knowledge of professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care.
  • Skilled in personal computing. Moderate knowledge of Excel and Word required.
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving agility also required.
  • Previous ERP system experience desired.
  • Ability to work as a team member, partner effectively with others, multi-task, respond to rapid change, perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency, prioritize and perform work with some supervision. Able to handle large quantities of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
