Field Account Manager

The Field Account Manager (FAM) is responsible for driving SaaS and Services sales growth across Víntegris’ Customers’ ecosystem. Working in close collaboration with the Technical Account Managers and the Partners’ Development Managers, he/she will help customers to adopt Víntegris SaaS Portfolio as the preferred technology for digital certificate management, legally binding digital signatures and robust authentication.

Responsibilities & Supporting Actions

  • As part of the Víntegris’ SaaS Sales Team, develops, builds and maintains relationships with key customers’ decision makers and influencers: CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CMOs, CISOs, getting an overall view on the sales cycle for an accurate forecasting delivery.
  • Drive attainment of quarterly and annual assigned SaaS and Service revenue and margin targets in a defined territory, keeping complete ownership of the Sales Cycle, from detecting a lead to cash flow collection.
  • Cultivate and foster a superior class partner team across the internal aligned businesses, including Technical Account Managers, Partner Development Managers, Inside Sales Team, Professional Services Department, Business Operations, Marketing and Support.
  • Lead and coordinate a virtual team to accelerate and advance new & ongoing SaaS and Services sales opportunities.
  • In close collaboration with the Partners’ Development Team, work with key partners to align Víntegris’ SaaS execution strategy with their go to market model.
  • Build trust and strategic relationships with key customers’ stakeholders by understanding their industry, business and top priorities.
  • As a core component of the Víntegris’ SaaS and Services Sales Team, actively participate in qualifying opportunities regarding customers’ business requirements, competition, decision-making process and funding.
  • Provides sales leadership and experience on large, complex sales opportunities.
  • Drive & support specific Víntegris’ SaaS demand generation campaigns and events.
  • Speak in public events to represent the Víntegris’ SaaS and Services Value Proposition.
  • Actively participate in regular pipeline & business reviews at the country and region levels.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Engineering or IT degree in related field preferred.Other degrees considered depending on relevant experience and proven results.
  • Digital Signature, Digital Certificates, Digital Identity and Cybersecurity understanding & proven experience (at least 5 years).
  • Demonstrated experience in SaaS related selling scenarios (at least 3 years).
  • Good knowledge of competitive products and IT SaaS industry (good understanding of Digital Signature, Digital Certificates, Digital Identity and Robust Authentication SaaS solutions technologies).
  • Extensive experience of selling technology solutions in Spain (at least 10 years).
  • Excellent oral and written communications.
  • Ability to work at CEO & CTO levels to build strategies for Cybersecurity SaaS Enterprise Architectures.
  • Effective presentation, negotiation and executive relationship-building skills.
  • Executive presence, influence and ability to collaborate & motivate across the organization.
  • Leadership and Relationship Building Experience.
  • Influence based leadership, comfortable leading through ambiguity.
  • Creative and critical thinking.
  • Good analytical and decision-making ability.
