For our Professional Services department we are looking for a Customer Support Engineer.

What will your responsibilities be?

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, your main functions and tasks will be:

  • Responsible for managing second and third level incidents reported by the client through official channels.
  • Acting as level 2 you will perform:
    • Incident diagnosis tasks.
    • Proposal for a solution to the client and its validation.
  • As level 3 you will develop:
    • Diagnosis of the incidence and identification of the code.
    • Scale the code to the development team.
  • Participate in regular team follow-up meetings.

What are we looking for?

  • IT engineering or related field. Other degrees such as CFGS will be considered based on the experience provided.
  • Knowledge in any of the following areas: systems, networks, databases and security.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of C / C ++ and Java.
  • Flexibility to carry out 24×7 rotary support, with additional remuneration, in specific cases.
  • Valuable knowledge in: Spring Boot Framework, Docker, CMake, Git, Maven, Gradle, AWS, Zendesk, Jira or Mantis.
