Euronovate, a company dedicated to the management of transactions and digital identities, announced the acquisition of the 100% of the Catalan company Víntegris, which operates in the same sector. The Swiss organization, chaired by Alberto Guidotti wants to improve their digital certification solutions and grow in the European market. The two companies will unify their catalog of services, hoping to improve the marketing ratios of their solutions.

In addition, Euronovate will invest 2 million euros in the next three years in the R & D department of Víntegris, as they explain from the company, “to make it even more powerful and turning it into one of the group’s laboratories of digital development”.
